The minutes of the board meeting on

12, 2003 were approved as written.
Election of Officer
Cindy Maddox was elected by our general
assembly
as a member of the board. All of the
officers
were re-elected.

Treasurer's Report
The association has total current assets
of $9,532.00. Road maintenance expenses
for
the 3rd & 4th quarter were higher
than
expected because of the above normal
amounts
of rain.
Budget Review
The board approved an operating budget
of
$20,192.00. Expected income is $20,350.
The
budget includes:
Road Maintenance $ 17,398
Administrative $ 894
Miscellaneous $ 900
Projects $ 1,000
Road Committee
The road committee will review with
our lawyer
the association's liability regarding
the
installation of road signs and natural
hazards
on both our roads and the right of
ways through
other associations.

Need to determine if we can put membership
rolls with address and phone information
on our website.
Safety coordinator
The board approved the position of
a Safety
Coordinator. It would be the responsibility
of the Safety Coordinator to help develop
an association safety charter, set
objectives,
and implement actions that will meet
these
objectives. Late update - Mike Radtke
has
agreed to be our Safety Coordinator
and this
appointment was approved by all board
members.
Late Notices
Second notices will be mailed after
August
14, 2003 to all members who have not
paid
their dues for the 1 July 2003 to 30
June
2004 period. The dues for these property
owners will be $250.00.
Next Meeting
The next board meeting will be at 10:00
a.m.
on October 4, 2003 at Robert Graham's
house.
