Emergency Secondary Access Road Print
Policy and Procedures


Our association has been given verbal authorization by REMC to use their "tower" access road for emergency use only. Our association has placed a padlock on the gate for our members to use when emergency access is required. Please review the established policy and procedures:

a) The gate is to be used only for emergency exit or access when our primary Pinnacle Parkway road can not be used.
b) A key to our lock on the REMC access gate will only be issued to property owners that have built or are in the process of building a house, and have agreed to these policies & procedures.
c) When accessing or exiting the REMC security gate, you must re-lock our padlock to maintain property security.
d) All requests for keys to our padlock will be submitted to our Road Commissioner.
