Minutes of the Pinnacle Mountain P.O.A Meeting July 14, 2007
General assembly appoved;
increase of the annual road maintenance budget from $4,500 to $5,000 and additional annual amount of $600 for maintenance of the area surrounding the front gate.

What dose this mean for our assocation;
Pinnacle South has up to 5,000 to spend on Pinnacle Pkwy and has up to $600.00 for maintenance for the front entrance.
1.) Pinnacle South will send us a bill of what they have spent on just Pinnacle Pkwy.
2.) The road commitee then looks at the bill or bills then decides to approve then or not.
3.) Once approved we then let our treasure know to pay our half of the bill.
