The scope & purpose of this committee
was established by the general assembly.
Contract/hire an engineer to develop options
for improving the
Concrete strip roadway and the hill going towards the Greens and other propertys.
The committee will have a budget of $5,000.
Any
additional funds would need to be
approved by the board.
These improvement options will be presented
at the next general assembly meeting in 2009.
